Relay is an e-commerce-native logistics network. We are built from the ground up for environmental, social, and economic sustainability. By building from the ground up we are able to entirely rethink both the middle and last mile enabling us to reduce the number of miles driven to deliver each parcel, lower carbon emissions, and lower costs, all while channelling funds to community members.
We are looking for a talented and experienced Head of People, who has scaled people functions at exceptional levels, and is passionate about being part of a disruptive market innovator that is leading with a people first focus.
As Head of People you will:
Create a streamline people process that is fit for purpose for our current Relayers, but also scalable as we grow
Develop and refine an engaging onboarding experience for our new joiners
Lead all Talent Acquisition
Implement a performance review process
Outline and roll out a people strategy that enhances our culture
Coach our managers to be world class leaders
Construct all Employee Engagement strategies and initiatives
Design a unique Relay benefits package
Manage all Employee Relations
You
8+ years experience scaling a People function
CIPD Level 5
Created and implemented a people process from scratch
Data driven in decision making
Established administrative organisational skills
A working understanding of employment law
Compassionate and have a genuine interest in people, and helping them bring the best
versions of themselves to work everyday
Strong understanding of the start up/scale up environment ; and what it takes to scale in this
environment
